i’m kim – welcome to the blog!!

portrait photography is my passion. capturing personalities and moods is what i aim to do! i love being around people, and use an unobtrusive approach while photographing. in the post-photographing process, i love to incorporate creative techniques that add a little "pazazz" to the images. these techniques include vintage color schemes, edge blurs and burns, and a whole lot more! by saving each image in a variety of styles, the client has so many options to pick through to match his/her unique idea of what the prints should look like.

a single event that requires so much preparation and planning deserves to be remembered – that’s where my part comes in. i am a wedding photographer who strives to capture the entire event, everything from hair, nails and smiles to flowers, dancing and kisses. my photographs tell the story with every still frame. i also make every effort to capture the passion between the bride and groom displayed in facial expressions, physical affection, smiles, and the list goes on. making everyone involved in your special day feel comfortable in front of the camera is another aspect i shoot by – photographs look more natural and less posed when the subjects are confident and comfortable with the photographer. i look for fun and interesting compositions that create contemporary and memorable photographs. i would be so honored to be a part of your wedding day, thank you for visiting my website!
