just wanted to share a quick post to let everyone know that my work is still being featured at the Ellair & Studio gallery downtown charlevoix through this thursday! more items will be added to the collection today, and just to let you know how pretty they are, here’s a few praises i received from the canvas printing company this morning!

Just a quick note to let you know photographers like you make our job here at Simply Canvas very exciting. I wanted to take time to say “WOW!” The image of the pier is such a beautiful image. The leading lines into the ocean has such a calming effect and I love the golden hues to this image. You really caught the magical hour not only on this one, but on the whole order. The sunsets you photographed are so breathtaking!

family wedding number two of four to take place this year! congratulations ben and becky! a ceremony at orchard view church of God and reception at egypt valley golf course in grand rapids, michigan, this lovely couple and their family and friends celebrated until the sun went down! everything was absolutely beautiful, and i had a wonderful time! God bless you in your marriage!

what a special surprise! becky is the red wings’ number one fan, so her brother kevin dressed in hockey gear and walked down the isle to deliver the rings! becky was so surprised!

lisa gave birth to her son gavin james the day after the wedding! talk about perfect timing! :)

the catchers are engaged to be married in september! :)

my little niece sophie turned one on april 13th, so of course we had a to celebrate! my sister katie and brother-in-law paul threw a fantastic party. the last year with this baby has been so much fun! our lives are happier with her :) we love you sophie-cat!!

oh i’ve been a terrible blogger lately! thank you, sincerely, for your patience! a special congratulations to jordan and maddy married in wayne, michigan earlier this spring! maddy is a lover of snow, so the day was perfect because we were hit with a heavy snowstorm that day :) this is an incredibly beautiful couple, and i hope you enjoy their photos as much as i do!
